Control
Control is a web-based interface that lets operators manage, monitor, and troubleshoot autonomous tractors in real time—whether in the field or remotely. Designed for flexibility and clarity, it adapts seamlessly to phones, tablets, and desktops.

Managing autonomous tractors required operators to juggle outdated tools, unclear system states, and multiple platforms—not exactly field-friendly.

We started with deep user research—ride-alongs, interviews, and farm visits. Then we introduced a modular design system and built a new Control app from the ground up. It worked on any device, provided clear feedback on tractor status, and simplified complex operations.

I led product and design from research to launch, defining workflows, designing a responsive UI, and guiding a cross-functional team.

The new Control system became a key sales enabler, drove customer satisfaction, and significantly boosted user adoption across fleets.

Fleet
Fleet is the dashboard where managers plan, track, and optimize autonomous tractor operations across multiple orchards and farms. It centralizes mission planning, task assignment, and performance tracking—all in one intuitive interface.

As autonomous fleets grew, managers lacked a clear, unified view of field operations. Existing tools were fragmented, reactive, and not built for scale.

We collaborated closely with growers and fleet managers to understand daily workflows and edge cases. Based on this, we introduced timeline-based scheduling, live fleet tracking, and a simplified UI tailored for large-scale oversight.

I defined the product vision and led the design of Fleet from concept to launch—translating user pain points into a structured, visual, and decision-support tool.

Fleet transformed planning from a reactive task into a strategic advantage. It reduced downtime, improved task clarity, and became a key pillar of Bluewhite’s platform offering.
